Width & Height

The width and height fields will accept measurements in a variety of formats.

• Inches: Whole numbers are treated as inches. An inch mark (") may be included, but will have no affect on calculations.
  30 and 30" are both treated as thirty inches
• Feet: A foot mark (') can be used between two numbers to indicate feet and inches. An inch mark (") may be included, but will have no affect on calculations.
  3'6 and 3'6" are both treated as three feet six inches
• Fractions: Fractions may be entered by adding a dash and separating the numerator and denominator with a slash. An inch mark (") may be included, but will have no affect on calculations. The inch mark must follow after the fraction or an error may occur.
  3'-1/2, 3'0-1/2 and 36-1/2 are all treated as thirty-six and one-half inches.

42" x 96" is the maximum door size covered by TruStile’s standard warranty. TruCAD allows you to enter larger dimensions, but will display a warning message.
